Engagement Specialist
Our clients seek energetic, motivated, sales-driven Engagement Specialists to promote their brands in-store and at other promotional events.

Engagement Specialists have the following primary responsibilities:
- Learn specific product information, understand unique project requirements/ details and store-level communication
- Prepare samples (may include cooking)
- Engage and interact with consumers to increase brand awareness and convert shoppers to buyers
- Distribute marketing materials such as coupons, nutritional information, etc.
- Report project results via internet and web-based systems
- Set-up and break down demonstration/event area
To qualify as an Engagement Specialist, you must meet the following requirements:
- Friendly, outgoing personality; confident and enthusiastic to interact with consumers and shoppers
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to communicate regularly and consistently via email and actively participate in our web-based systems for work assignments, updates and reporting
- Supply and/or operate common household items such as a toaster oven, crock pot, electric skillet and microwave
- Successfully complete our on-line candidate assessment
- Maintain excellent hygiene and professional appearance
- Willingness to comply with all food safety requirements and regulations
- Reliable transportation
