Demonstrator Training is Key for Schick® Intuition™ Launch
Schick asked PromoWorks to develop and execute
an in-store program as part of a national launch of their new Schick Intuition razor.
Intuition is a revolutionary concept in razor technology incorporating a skin conditioning
solid and a triple blade all-in-one - eliminating the need for soap or shaving cream.
Targeting women 19 - 35, our client wanted demonstrators to actually show how the razor
worked and educated consumers about the product's features and benefits.

PromoWorks selected both models and high-quality demonstrators to
reflect this brand's premium image and execute this event in nearly 5,000 stores nationwide in both grocery
and mass merchandise stores. To maximize in-store presence, we designed a unique corrugated display table, creating
a "billboard" effect in-store to attract consumers. PromoWorks produced a complete demonstrator training video
that was included in each demo kit. And for even more comprehensive training in select markets, we conducted
face-to-face training utilizing role-playing and thorough Q&A sessions. Both training options utilized PromoWorks'
state-of-the-art LearningCenter™ technology that allowed the demonstrators to call into an automated IVR
communications system and answer test questions prior to in-store execution. Our exclusive technology enables
PromoWorks to assess the demonstrators' comprehension insuring we meet all of our client's objectives.

Reported sales increases for two phases of this program were 400+% and 550+% respectively. Top performing stores sold over 50 razors on the day of the event. Our exclusive national trade team worked with the Schick sales teams throughout the program to leverage merchandising and display activity in the marketplace. Schick was extremely pleased with the results acheived.
